Stay Details
Reservation Deposit
$150
Your $150 reservation deposit is applied towards securing your approved stay. It is a 30-day minimum stay requirement.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before arrival for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within the 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the $150 deposit.
Rental Rate
Rental rates are based on household size and lodging arrangements. BAH rates may be negotiable. Your final rental rate will be confirmed before the remaining renatal balance is due.
